Thank you for ordering one of our featured distinctive Onex styles. We are quite confident you will be pleased. Nevertheless, because everyone’s feet are different, these may not feel right on your feet. We are, of course, pleased to extend to you the convenience of trying on shoes in the comfort of your own home. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the footwear to us for a refund or an exchange if you prefer another size, color, or style.
We respectfully request that you do not wear new footwear outside or on hard floor until you know you are happy with the fit, style, and color. We cannot accept returns of any footwear that show even the slightest evidence of wear or damage. Thank you for your cooperation.
For an item to be eligible for return:
- It must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date. After 30 days, all purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- It must be in new condition. Any shoes with scuffed soles or toe prints cannot be returned/exchanged.
- It must be in the original shoe box. Please keep the original shoe box until you are sure you are happy with your purchase.
- It must include the order’s packing slip/invoice.
If you are exchanging an item due to an error made by Erik’s Shoes or a defect, we will gladly credit the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the shipping cost of returning the footwear is at the expense of the customer.
